Adventuer Mine Tour (old Copper Mine) Explore an old copper mine shaft. About 1 1/2 hours north of Edgewater Inn & Cottages. A good rainy day or we got to get out of the heat day trip. The Old Victoria Copper Mine and Restoration Site Step back in time... and touch the past at Old Victoria. Built in 1899, abandoned in 1921, and restored in the 1970s, the old Victoria cabins give visitors a glimpse into the lives of hard-working miners and their families in the remote copper mining town of Victoria, Michigan.	Northern Lights/Aurora Borealis OR Information about the northern lights or Aurora Borealis. These can be seen around Eagle River when the conditions are correct.

Guided horseback rides thru the woods. Rides are 40-45 minutes long. We do some trotting if everyone on the ride is willing. We have advanced rides for experienced riders available. The advanced rides are by reservation only. Longer and improved trail.

Rocking W Stables

Rocking W Stables have a three mile scenic trail with friendly guided trail rides. We have available guided horseback rides for single and double riders. We also have a pony ride for the young children. Rides are between 45-50 minutes long. Open daily 8:00 am - 5:00 pm May - Labor Day. In the winter don't miss the horsedrawn sleigh rides.

Grassy Creek Ranch is surrounded by 240,000 acres of lush State Forest offering you a scenic ride at any time of the year. It is owned and operated by Sonny Wuestenhagen and his 3 children Nikki, Kert, and Kyle.

We offer pony rides for the wee ones, (in the arena) at $10.00. Trail rides starting at $25.00-$35.00 per person as well as custom rides to fit your personal needs. (1 1/2 hour) A pre-ride warm-up and lesson for the rider evaluation will begin your adventure. We choose to take groups of 6 or less.
